Grand Skylight Hotels Management (GSHM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVIC INTL, with a registered capital of 298 million RMB. The company started its business from Shenzhen Shanghai Hotel in 1985. Until now, it has more than 30 years of experiences in hotel planning, construction consulting and operation management.

The company focuses on middle and high-end hotels. Its brands include "Grand Skylight International Hotel", "Grand Skylight Hotel", the middle-end light life hotel brand “The Skytel Hotel” and the middle and high-end hotel brands “Grand Skylight Apartment” and “Grand Skylight Resort Hotel”.

So far, the company has more than around 100 hotels in operation and under construction, distributed in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi'an, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guizhou, Inner Mongolia, Kenya and other places. It ranks among the top 30 high-end hotel management groups in China.
