Guest：We had an amazing time. We only speak English and the staff were so accommodating, kind and made everything easy. They did not mind our translation apps and would use their phones to communicate with us as well. Right above the subway, literally. We found the hotel very convenient.

Guest：Great hotel right in Dachaishi, right above the metro station which conveniently is quite centrally located within the city. Dachaishi station allows you onto Line 4 (direct route to Xi’an North Railway Station) or Line 6 (connect to Line 2 for most of the attractions). There are secondary lifts within the hotel that will allow you go all the way to B1/-1 and straight into the metro (Exit D) without having to step outside - super convenient for when we checked out with luggage or when it was raining/extremely hot. Caution: those lifts don’t have hotel card security so literally anyone could get on. There is also a small mall that the hotel building is apart of, great for quick bites. Luckin Coffee and convenient store along the street too. It’s also really close to a well known morning market, Dongcangmen - we walked there quite easily. The room itself is very clean and standard Ji Hotel design - which I always liked. Air conditioning can be adjusted as well as having an electric toilet. Great shower water pressure and ample hot water even though adjusting the temp was difficult - any big turns and the water was too cold/hot ?? There is a robot for takeaway/delivery. Our family room didn’t have a window, which was not a big problem for us - of course it would be nicer to have one! Unlike most family rooms, we had two double beds (usually it’s one double and one single). Some room for improvement in terms of ventilation within the main hotel lifts. It was in the 40s when we visited Xi’an in May (heatwave) and the lifts would be sitting against the sun during the day making it extremely stuffy. Saw other guests smoking along the hallways which doesn’t get properly ventilated also. There’s two treadmills for the gym and four dryers and washing machines in the laundry room, on the same floor as the front desk and restaurant. Service was great, they offered me a cheaper price for one night of breakfast and also gave water bottles whenever we asked. Would consider staying here again for the comfort and the location in Xi’an!
