Grand Skylight Hotels Management (GSHM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVIC INTL, with a registered capital of 298 million RMB. The company started its business from Shenzhen Shanghai Hotel in 1985. So far, the company has more than around 100 hotels in operation and under construction, distributed in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi'an, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guizhou, Inner Mongolia, Kenya and other places. It ranks among the top 30 high-end hotel management groups in China.
