杭州西湖安隅酒店店位于西湖名勝風景區內的西南部，西湖新十景之一的“滿隴桂雨”轄區內，周邊青山林泉環繞，兼具市井煙火氣和藝術氛圍。
杭州安隅酒店在約800平的建筑面積中，用客房圍合出一處靜謐庭院，以江南特色植栽區隔，游走于院落移步易景，可以感知自然的呼吸。這種對自然的追求也延續到了室內，家具采用質感極好的天然原木，室內的插花也由當地特色花草摘取加工而來。

Guest：My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Anyu. The service is impeccable— you are looked after in every sense of the word. All the staff are polite and kind. You can also sense the consideration behind the amenities provided, complimentary services, the design of the room and the public spaces. The breakfast is delicious— a slightly lighter flavour but to our taste. The afternoon tea or evening refreshment is also lovely. The only downside is that the location is nothing to boast about, so if stunning views or secluded retreats are what you’re after, then this is not the place for you. You do get some noise due to the hotel being in a busy area with clusters of other hotels (from car drop offs, hustle and bustle etc). That being said, it is still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep, but you probably won’t be able to sleep in. Altogether, we really loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we were in Hangzhou again. We would also love to visit other Anyu branches throughout China.

Guest：This is a beautiful hotel. Design wise it is done with a hint of oriental styling with raw wabi sabi aesthetics. We stayed for two nights. The location is good. The hotel is situated in a “village” with restaurants and cafes nearby but the traffic to get there was horrible in the weekends. It took us 1 hour in a taxi from Xixi Wetlands to head back to Anyu for afternoon tea only to miss the timing. This is my main gripe. The hotel staff are rather inflexible when it comes to rearranging the “free” meals of for guests. In 2 nights we missed the Wine & Charms as well as the afternoon teas purely because of being stuck in traffic. The staff were all very friendly. But all they could do was tell us the time has passed. And to be honest, there were few guests. Why offer when you can’t be flexible enough to manage the preparation time give & take 1 hour? They later told us during our checkout that we should have requested for them to leave the treats in our rooms. Well, could have been better if they’d told us during check in! The sliding doors entering the rooms are also a joke. Not the easiest to slide and totally not sound proof. You can literally hear noise from the next room’s TV. All in all a very nice stay. Just little annoying gripes.
