  • Guest：近5年来第3次来宣城入住宾馆，一般都选择好评前3位的宾馆。第一次住这家，感觉相当不错。服务人员素质高，合理要求有求必应。洗浴热水量大，排水通畅。早餐中规中矩。去皖南川藏线方便。

  • Guest：服务意识需要加强。比如，第一天入住，迎面看见一个酒店人员，没有任何表示，一转身走开了。在酒店期间，很多次类似的情况，几乎没有遇见主动问好的情况，有点差，反倒是我们主动和酒店服务人员问好，但对方没有任何反应，确实服务意识需要大力加强。餐饮一块服务态度不错??
