Guest：The hotel is clean, modern with state of the art technology. The lobby manager Ms Ma was marvelous. She helped us to get the shuttle car to send us the airport the day we left. She then made some follow up call to tell us that they found a cosmetic brush in the room of my colleague. She offered to keep it for us until our next stay. We thanked her for her kindness but told her to dispose of it. We really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will stay there for our next trip.
