会员6586：嗯怎么说呢就是很喜欢我们去的时候人比较少因为赶上武汉肺炎事件没来得及多住虽说只是两夜很静很舒服睁开眼睛就感觉有江南的气息，前台的帅哥人不错，来之前就详细的细说住处和周边游玩的，做早饭的大姨也特别热情，下次去乌镇还会来！而且还要多住几天
高大威猛：酒店位于东栅景区附近，地处步行街，餐饮商店超市比较多，位置还算不错。由于淡季，所以酒店入住率比较低，也间接给我们入住的客人带来难得的安静。房间的装修比较别致典雅，中式风格让人倍感亲切。房间的床垫稍微有点硬，不过还是可以接受的。热水很给力，空调，电视，网络也都很正常，喜欢泡在酒店的人，至少不会太无聊。整体来说，还有提升空间，比如大门进去以后的庭院有点乱，前台服务小哥也不太热情，不过一般都是来景区旅游的，真正待在酒店里的时间也不会太长。
会员5364：酒店比较卫生，我们三个人住，一个9岁的孩子，选的标准间，两张床，够用，你们在网上看到的其他客户上传的图片跟实物差不多，图一是退房时店家赠送的两盒点心，图三、四、五是早餐，优点是孩子不另收费，缺点是没有青菜，一个咸菜，一个花生米，主食一共有6-7种之多，一个白粥，早餐略简单了一些。
