Guest：The hotel is beautiful and the staff are exceptionally professional and nice. The lobby is well decorated and the breakfast is delicious. Our room was beautiful. The one complaint is that the location is a bit far from city center. Also the entrance is a bit hidden so ordering a DiDi or online delivery is not the most convenient. But we rarely ran into issues, it was just occasionally, navigation was inconvenient.

Guest：If I could give a review higher than 5/5, I would. Service is immaculate here, the butlers will help you arrange anything you need and plan your trip even. Amenities are plentiful and they will provide however many you wish to receive. We were well taken care of and would visit the city again just to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

I would especially like to commend a staff member named Rena. She was extremely warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Her genuine enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Service like hers really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Guiyang and highly recommend it to others.
