会员6948：酒店在生物岛，环境很安静，只是前台办理入住很慢，房间配套很好，冰箱洗衣机微波炉都有，也很干净。早餐品种不多，1.2米以下孩子，只要超6岁都要收费，和其他星级酒店相比价位算高了。停车场指示不明确，绕了一大圈才出来。下雨酒店没有借伞，只能自己扫码租借。
会员4199：酒店位于生物岛，在地铁站官洲站A出口，上来地铁站就看见了，非常方便，整个生物岛环境非常好，很安静，酒店位于大厦的37楼到48楼，一进门我被惊艳了，这个套房也太大了，窗外就是珠江，远远的还能看见小蛮腰，房间打扫的非常干净，床品很舒服，我有点小洁癖，拿着酒精湿巾好一个擦也没擦下点灰，就连角落都打扫的很干净，早餐在47楼，也是吃的很舒服，唯一不是很方便的就是楼下只有一个麦当劳和一个711，星巴克还没有开业，不远处还有2个吃便餐的店，如果要吃广州美食还是要坐地铁去外面，希望9月份广美开学的时候我还可以再来广州，一定还会选择住在这里。
会员2977：目前为止是生物岛上最高的一栋物业，就在地铁站上盖，地下停车场够大，公寓楼层够高，视野开阔，景色不错，房间内的设施齐全，适合居家旅游人士，楼下有超市和麦当劳餐厅。公寓提供的早餐出品尚好，关键是餐厅明亮干净，卫生条件做足，人不多很安静。生物岛现在四处都还在盖楼，但不影响到环岛健身道上活动，是休闲度假的好选择。
会员4502：目前为初开业状态，除了目前健身房等设施尚未正式开放，有地下与户外停车场，房内设备设施相对较为完善，整面落地窗能一览无遗美丽夜景。地铁站则仅20M距离对于出行相当便利，一楼现阶段有7-11以及麦当劳(皆非24HR)，在大楼另一边转角处则有待开业的星巴克。早餐部疫情情间皆是以套餐为主，但连住8天早餐质和量落差颇大，以及每日房务打扫方面也有所差异，初期在人员训练上还有很大的进步空间。房内国际大品牌电器设施，冰箱、电陶炉、洗烘一体机(不会因外出取电卡拔出而中断)、微蒸烤一体炉、蓝芽音箱等一应具全，对于短期常住者是相当方便，整体方面还是非常建议入住，希望还有日后整体配套完善后还有机会入住。
