  • 会员9132：自从入住了鹤壁美豪酒店，就爱上这里了，超值优惠的价格，享受五星服务和五星的硬件设施。免费的瓶装纯净水随便喝，水果小吃随便吃。酒店的每个服务人员都值得表扬，真的。包括打扫卫生的大姐和给我们开房门钥匙的大姐，因为我们续住忘了去前台刷门卡，上楼进不了门，大姐按规程问了几个问题以后，确保是入住的，才打开房门，还替我们跑楼下刷了门卡又送上来。前台白莲为我们朋友调换房间，耐心细心。甜甜，李可，王经理服务都是超级棒，让我们有宾至如归的感觉。强烈强烈推荐一下！
  • 会员3523：这是我第二次来鹤壁，却是第一次住在鹤壁。酒店设施设备齐全，房间大（主要是卫生间大），停车方便、停车位宽敞。之前去沈阳住的42楼，这次住35楼，算是第二高了。可以看见楼下著名的淇河，风景不错。前台的芳芳服务周到，把每天一份早餐升级为两份，很开心，也把酒店推荐给大家！
