  • Guest：这个酒店很不错下楼就是地铁四号线，去哪都还算方便，酒店的早餐也还算丰富，水果比较新鲜，服务也很好，不过湖景房稍微有些牵强。
  • Guest：服务还有待提高。续住了房间，晚上回去的时候，床单被子没换，问了前台一下，后来上来的服务人员态度很不友好，就一句解释的事情，搞不懂怎么做服务的。
  • Guest：酒店设施还不错，服务就差的不是一点，两个男孩在哪里磨磨唧唧的，啥也不是，退房的时候让输入车牌号都半天搞不明白，等了半天説好了，车开出去不行，出不去把别的车堵了半天，服务真差劲
  • Guest：各方面都很棒，尤其是交通便利，出门左转不到一百米就是4号线地铁东长安街站E出口，去大雁塔、大唐不夜城十分方便。唯一的缺点就是周围没有吃东西的地方。
