  • 会员4373：真的从来没有做过类似评价，真的不是不是托。[得意]周六带老人、娃（4大1小）入住酒店，计划周日逛动物园，先来说1.房间，定的豪华家庭套房，房间空间比较紧凑，两张单人床拼一张大床（自己拼的），2大1小住很宽敞，布草干净整洁，老人住套间的大床（空调不太行），进门口还有一张儿童单人床，这个房型住个4大2小完全可以。浴室有浴缸，干湿分离，2个洗手台（建议配一个移动小台阶），暖风机等设施完善，空间足够大，酒店放的硫磺水（10点以后洗澡水温会高一点，泡澡舒服）配了一套儿童牙刷，2双儿童拖鞋（大人拖鞋、牙刷不够可以跟酒店要）。2.酒店室外停车方便，有沙坑、塑胶小场地（可以带挖沙玩具、平衡车、滑板车等），室内有一个儿童乐园（卫生不错，可以容纳8-10个娃），小小池塘（有天鹅）。3.酒店用餐，只吃了早餐，唯一不足的地方[捂脸]，餐品品质一般，性价比不高。4.服务，主动服务性强，前台保安客房工作都在状态，很礼貌，解决问题效率很高。5.距离，酒店距离动物园入口几百米，吃过早餐带娃10点入园，非常方便。酒店综合评价98分！！！！！
  • 闰闰兔：超棒的亲子酒店，设施齐全，院落风景优美，早餐丰富，房间干净卫生，夜间休息幽静，建议：晚餐菜品增加品种，淮扬风味不正宗，应当培训厨师队伍了……最赞服务非常热情！
  • 会员2173：非常好，个人觉得应该是入住过的亲子主题酒店中最好的！房间装修非常可人，配置齐全院内花花草草赏心悦目每个房间的主题风格也不一致，下次来一定要定个熊猫主题的住呢，服务人员态度都特别得好，周到细致见面都会很礼貌地打招呼，有什么要求也会迅速响应，这是很多五星级酒店都不具备的软实力。另外，早餐品种多样非常人性化房间，有免费的饮料吃饭的话也很方便酒店附近的农家乐很多都很有特色，下午可以在房间阳台喝个下午茶翘望秦岭感受慢生活放空一下，总之推荐入住。对了还有四只天鹅真是酒店的亮点。
