The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they greeted me warmly every time I passed by and were always happy to help with directions or recommendations. One small but memorable touch was the complimentary tea offered at the front desk. It was surprisingly good—fragrant, comforting, and a nice little ritual to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing. A fun and modern surprise was the robot delivery service! I ordered food to my room, and not long after, a little robot rolled up to my door to deliver it. It was smooth, efficient, and honestly just really cool to experience. Overall, Nihao Hotel offers a great mix of comfort, warm hospitality, and a bit of tech-savvy fun. I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m in Xi’an.
