  • Guest：个别前台服务员态度极差，在酒店住了2个晚上，第一个晚上空调没有效果，睡了一夜床单被子都被汗湿，第二天要求酒店给我换了一个房间，第3天早上又在携程下单新订单，但是领导有急事需要赶回去，然后在当天下午16点15分在携程上订单退了，然后到酒店去拿行李，前台服务员要求按金押的400元扣除100元，因为酒店前台人员説，本酒店都是16点前退房，故需要付款费用，然后携程上清楚写着18点前可以退，酒店説是酒店规定16点，由于我们消费者没有在任何预订页面写有16点前退房，携程上面写的很清楚18点前免费退，21点后收取一定费用。后续给我打电话沟通，服务员态度思路非常不清晰，不愿意与她发任何不愉快的对话。虽然最后按金400全退，但是本次住我老家的酒店是一次非常不愉快的体验，我作为本地人我希望酒店招聘的服务人员有较高的知识水平及个人修养，为我们老家大石首留给外面来的客人有好的印象！
