会员2873：地理位置很好，去烟台山走几步就到，周围商业也很便利，有停车场。酒店很新，配备USB接口的同时还有安卓接口…👍.退房后充电器落在酒店，工作人员第一时间跟我联系，并快递发出，硬件OK 服务好、位置好…没什么理由不选
会员9919：橘子水晶超出想象的好，地理位置优越，离烟台站，市中心，朝阳街，所城里大街，烟台山，海边均很近，喜欢走路的可以健身走走就到。酒店门口有公交车，四通八达，真的好方便。酒店前台人员服务热情，态度温和，有需求马上提供帮助。非常可贵。房间比较干净，双人床大且舒适，卫生间干湿分离，配置很全。最喜欢的是酒店的大厅摆设奢华，很有欧洲复古风，坐在大厅沙发上欣赏看街景都很惬意。酒店旁边400米有24小时核酸点。
会员1596：位置不错，离附近饭店景区烟台山第一海滨浴场都是步行可到的地方，吃饭可以去附近的万达广场很方便。总体硬件设施也可以，应该是新装修的，有一个早餐厅（早餐品种多，口味也不错，负责的阿姨很热情），建议买房含早餐，有个小小的健身房，除了不算奢华该有的都有了。服务总体也还可以，我们带孩子入住，送了孩子的拖鞋和洗漱用品，离开的时候还送了礼品，细节很周到。唯一就是房间可能不大，不过性价比还可以吧，总体推荐。
会员3453：很漂亮的酒店，虽然不是星级酒店，但是高级感满满。一到前台就有热情的小姐姐送上酸梅汤，酸酸甜甜很好喝，看到同行有小朋友，马上送了儿童卡通牙具过来。我们的房间不大，但是结构合理，并不觉得拥挤，窗户临街，不过并不吵闹，双层咖啡色系窗帘也是电动的，房间迷你吧有免费的手冲咖啡，小卡片上有冲咖啡的详细说明，配了小饼干。小冰箱里有免费的可乐和苏打水。电视的尺寸也够大，看着比较舒服。床上用品干净舒适，只是当天满房了，沙发上睡一个人想加一床被子没有了，后来送了个被套来，是一个大叔送来的，不知道是什么原因大叔拉着个脸。酒店距离朝阳街很近，去烟台山和所城里也只需要步行。
