Guest：?????????? We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Xiao Yu. From the moment we checked in, Xiao Yu took great care of us and was extremely helpful in every way. Our luggage was delayed by the airline, and since we do not have a Chinese phone number and cannot speak Chinese, the airline arranged to deliver the luggage to the hotel instead. Xiao Yu kindly communicated with the delivery staff on our behalf, helped receive our luggage, and informed us immediately once it arrived. We are sincerely grateful for the help and support. The room itself was very comfortable. The heater worked perfectly, keeping the room warm even though it was cold outside. The bathroom was clean, and the basic amenities were well provided. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the blanket was incredibly cozy, allowing us to sleep very well. The hotel is also conveniently located in an area full of food options, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very easy to get around. Highly recommended for anyone considering staying at this hotel. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
Guest：整体问题不大，对得起价格，位置好，建议入住。给点改善的建议，二楼灯光太暗。机器人送不到门口，只送到楼梯，实在送不到应该换人工送，而不是要客户冒着严寒穿着睡衣披头散发去楼梯口取。
