  • 会员4730：本来定的双床，到了酒店给前台人员说想换成大床，前台人员二话没说就给免费升级了一间大床房，还免费送了一份早餐，服务太好了，超出预期，晚间提供了免费牛奶，地理位置也不错，给人一种很舒适的感觉，早餐虽不是五星级酒店那么豪华，但也是中式西式都有，荤素搭配合理，吃起来也让人舒服，酒店前台和客房服务人员素质都特别高，服务热情周到，总之，很满意的一次入住
