  • Guest：The hotel is near the underground station. Rooms are clean and relatively big. However, we found the shower room and toilet just shared 1 sliding door which is not convienance for us as a family. When the door slide to shower compartment, you cannot use toilet. When the door slide to toilet, you cannot use the shower compartment! This design is very waire according to our standard!! Also we are family of 4 with 2 kids, and we asked for addtional blanklet and pillows and the frontdesk said they don't have enought!!! I understand it is around Chinese New Year, but can it be more thoughtful and prepare more backup materials for the guests? A little bit disapppointed experience this time.
