  • Guest：We stayed at the Bear Villa with 2 connecting rooms. It was a fun, great experience for the family! Appreciate that there was a sterilisation machine / coffee machine in the rooms. Indoor playground was huge and very clean. Service was also good. 管家娜娜 (butler service) was super helpful! Breakfast spread also exceeded expectations. Only negative aspect was that everything is in Mandarin.
  • Guest：先説优点，1.酒店环境挺好的，虽然并不是在莫干山下，距离莫干山开车还要半个小时，但也算依山傍水，空气很好2.酒店服务态度还可以，微信管家回覆很及时 缺点:1.周末人实在是太多了，视频是吃早餐排的队，排了快二十分钟才进去，好在早餐品种很丰富，味道都还可以，特别是特色的湖州麪和嵊州小笼。还有小童取餐区，就是人实在太多了，适合周中人少的时候来 2.槽点就是除了两个乐园酒店外，亲子活动太少了，我们玩了半天就没啥可以做的了，大部分活动基本都是付费的，连喂小兔子都要付钱 3.作为亲子酒店竟然没有热牛奶这个挺震惊的，觉得酒店可以扩展一下。。。
  • Guest：整体感觉挺好的，玩的东西很多，只住了一晚，有点仓促，有些地方都没来得及细玩。小朋友在幻想岛里玩的都不肯走，住的湖景房，景观很不错，床也舒服，不会塌陷。户外的骑乐无穷感觉速度慢了点，兑换的户外券就只射了箭，其他爸爸超重，孩子身高不够，都没玩，有点浪费。小动物互动很有趣，临走前去电玩城中了一千多张票，兑换了一个小零钱包和一板发夹，退房还送了伴手礼，小朋友很开心，服务人员都很热情，管家梦梦也很细致，下次等孩子大点再来玩水乐园！
