Guest：We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – a perfect place to relax. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Shaxi Ancient Town. While many visitors only spend a day or two in Shaxi, I’d highly recommend staying longer. It’s such a peaceful and charming place – we could have easily stayed for a week without ever getting bored.
Guest：The place was absolutely lovely! The garden at the entrance was beautiful, and the room was fantastic. The staff treated us so well and even provided fresh fruit and tea. The amenities were great, with air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a clean, modern bathroom with electronic features. The manager was incredibly kind and genuinely happy when he found out I could speak Chinese. Our stay was peaceful, and the location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the ancient town. I would absolutely stay there again if I had the chance. Keep in mind, though, that the staff doesn’t speak English, so it’s helpful to have a phone with internet access for translation when you check in. Remember to always present your passport and visa. If your country has visa-free agreements, you may need to explain that a visa isn’t required for you.
Guest：This place is amazing! Rooms are especially spacious and clean, and even a little table to pour your own tea. Rooms are vintage style but have modern amenities. Faces a very beautiful courtyard. The owners only speak Mandarin, but they always do their best to help (Helped me how to get to shibaoshan).
