Guest：I reserved at Woodpecker Inn from recommendation from Wildlife Act (one of the inn mentionned) I spent only one night at Woodpecker Inn as my trip continuation was the next day only. I can only thank the Owner for the help he offered. I arrived at Richards Bay airport for the first time in my life and expected Taxi to be available, which was not the case. I called the Inn and in 10min sharp the owner was there to pick me up, he also was nice to drive me to shopping mall where I needed to buy some items for my trip continuation and patiently waited on me for 20min, nice touch and I like here to thank him again for this. At the Inn everyone was nice, the room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed a great steak with a nice bottle of red in my room before bed time. Next day the owner drove me back to airport where my pickup for next part of my trip was. If I ever be back in Richards bay I will definitely consider Woodpecker Inn again.
Guest：We waited over an hour for the food, it did not taste pleasant, the breakfast was not pleasant either. I started to get sick the next day. Not what I expected from an establishment of this size. We had to asked for knives and forks, salt and pepper as well. I will defiantly not be staying over at the woodpecker again.
