Guest：There was a distracting noise above my room,I couldn’t work or sleep.
Guest：Mixed Courteous, helpful front desk staff. Cute courtyard to sit and eat. Mostly a non smoking environment. BUT, the bathroom had NO door and the room stayed bright even late at night.
Guest：Unfortunately very disappointed in our rooms. Very strong smell of cigarets, carpets sticky, furniture very second hand with the exception of the beds which were new and comfortable. The bathrooms only just passed with black mould along the tiles, toilet seat broken and very minimal pressure in the shower. I think if you were lucky enough to stay in one of the new rooms it would be better. Tiles broken everywhere in walkways and the main entrance. This should not be advertised as luxury if all rooms are not up to standard. The hotels only saving grace is the excellent pub next door “The Hussar Grill” which offered a very extensive menu
