  • Guest：This is a lovely little hotel, close to the harbour, very well presented. The breakfasts were excellent, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with everything we needed and very comfortable. We definitely recommend it.
  • Guest：The Sandpiper was a perfect base from which to explore Devon and Cornwall. The room was well equipped and comfortable and our host made us feel welcome and provided us with a wealth of information and ideas for day trips. Then there was the breakfast - a superb full English breakfast was served in a beautiful room. I highly recommend The Sandpiper as a perfect place to stay in Torquay.

  • Guest：We have just returned after a 4 day break in Torquay. The Sandpiper our choice of guest house was excellent. Debbie & Denise our hosts were most welcoming and made us feel quite at ease nothing was too much trouble. The Sandpiper is in a quite location, our room was very nice and modern and the cleanliness of the guest house was extremely good. As for the breakfast it was first class and plentiful. We would certainly recommend the Sandpiper and intend to return ourselves in the future. In walking distance is Chelston Manor , defiantly worth a look
