Guest：This recently refurbished hotel and restaurant was fabulous and v quiet yesterday. We had a delicious Sunday lunch with the Chicken Liver Parfait giving us a hint of the capabilities of the kitchen it was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Guest：We had an anniversary break here, in the very room we had spent our wedding night in 35 years earlier! The hotel has of course changed since then, but it is to the same high quality as before and has the same layout. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were very attentive. It was particularly kind of them to leave a hand-written note welcoming us for our anniversary stay and giving us a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Parking is in the streets around the hotel (free 18:00 - 08:00), or in their car park about five minutes walk away. A lovely break that we will always remember.
