  • Guest：Our family stayed for one night first time in Helen Georgia, we will be back for a longer stay. Between the clean rooms and attractions we love our stay!!
  • Guest：Room was clean and ready. Staff were very nice and helpful. Check in took longer than average though. But, overall, happy with the experience.
  • Guest：We had no heat! Two portable heaters were brought to our room but we had to carry them around with us. When you took a shower we had to carry one in the bathroom to stay warm.
  • Guest：It was in a beautiful nature park near Helen, check in took a while as it was a busy travel time during the holidays. The heating system in our room was not working properly and in the middle of the night it made so much noise we had to turn it off and sleep in our coats, as there were no blankets or any extra bedding of any kind. I told the front desk at check out the next morning so that they could get it in Yoder for the next guests and they didn’t even care to note down the number of the room. Not a good impression of the service at this place, but one cannot default the beautiful surroundings,
