  • Guest：Great place to stay! Great location for a family break! The pool was lovely and warm, accommodation exactly what we needed. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Biarritz is beautiful but also don’t miss St Jean de Luz and San Sebastián across the border into Spain
  • Guest：Odd reception hours The staying and the rooms were great. But the reception hours not good= open mornings until 12 and afternoons after 5 pm. I arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Paris. The door was locked. I got a code to enter the hallway, but I did not know how to use it. Some other people staying there let me into the reception area.There was no info about a restroom. The reception opened exactly at 5pm .
  • Guest：Brilliant location and 5min. walk to the beach. We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there.
