Guest：Love the room and amenities ???? the bed is amazing ???? Would love to stay more!
Guest：The beds were only made on the first day. :( There were everywhere hair in den bed an on the floor from our predecessors. Disgusting! The furniture is very old and has nothing to do with four starts There was a kitchen in the room, which was very old and dirty. We didn't want to touch anything. The lamp on the hallway stairs was broken and they weren't able to fix it while our stay. I'm wondering for how long it will stay like this. Finally my wife got boiled when wanted to take a shower. The water coming out of the shower head was extremely hot an there was no possibility to mix it with cold water. The same situation when my wife tried wash her hands in the toilette in the lobby. all in all, never again.
Guest：Prime location with tram, bus, and metro station nearby. All the staff we met was very nice and extremely helpful. The male staff who we did not catch the name was extraordinary. He is very polite and helpful. We really appreciate it!! The gym is very quiet at night. My friends and I really enjoyed it. The room is very big and clean. The lighting in the room is so good as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!
