The ryokan is not up to the expectation as what google review or trip.com ratings. Suite is quite old and smelly. Onsen area have cob webs. The family onsen is not like ig picture standard with lots of insects and a gecko. Food nevertheless is ok.
Great place for family trip. Family baths are available for reservation as group. Family bathing with the super nice view. Services are also great there. Recommend for family trip.
