Guest：If you want to stay in a hotel with character and excellent customer service then I highly recommend Princesa Yaiza. The rooms are all beautifully decorated with plenty of space to relax in too. The rooms are serviced twice a day and, should you need anything in between those times, you just request it via the app and it's delivered to your room. Breakfast in Isla de Lobos is the perfect way to start the day - you're always greeted warmly (big shoutout to Dominika!) and the menu is vast, but if there's something you want that isn't on the menu then that's no problem at all anyway. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is really relaxed, and the view of the sea is fabulous! The swimming pools are all large so don't feel particularly crowded - and the sunbeds by all the pools are padded so they're really comfortable too. The evening adult entertainment is very low key - a singer or musician in the lobby bar. We particularly enjoyed Josep, great voice and personality to match! The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the amount of people smoking on their balconies and vaping by the pool - neither are allowed (as confirmed by Reception, the hotel is completely non-smoking, inside and outside) but the pool staff didn't seem to notice. The position of the hotel is ideal for walking to the marina (and beyond that way) or to the lighthouse. This was our second visit, and hopefully not our last!

Guest：This is a beautiful hotel located on the beachfront. On arrival we were welcomed at the door and were given a glass of wine while we checked in. All the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly. The rooms are very nice and have all you require for your stay, including a small kitchen area with a coffee machine and a kettle and a walk in wardrobe. There is plenty of storage available. In some parts of the hotel, especially in the reception area, there's a lovely floral aroma that is not too overpowering. The rooms are cleaned every day and clean towels provided daily and a free bottle of water. At around 6pm, there will be a knock on the door and a member of staff will offer to turn your sheets down and will give you 2 pieces of chocolates. The breakfast buffet is lovely and has plenty of variety. I would definitely stay in Princesa Yaiza again.
