  • Guest：I have never stayed here before but we would be back. Reasonable rates for Canadians and very clean. Definitely will make this a go to in Grand Forks again.
  • Guest：Great staff, clean rooms, could use some eggs and sausages added to the breakfast, but I stayed during a lull in business so I couldn’t expect much, great value for the price!
  • Guest：Black mold in the bathroom of our first room. We were able to move rooms however the heater in this room was not working right and it was very warm and wouldn’t turn down. The
  • Guest：The occupant over our room kept us up the whole night, he or she had been walking all night. Good if he or she was just walking, the footsteps were heavy. Reception was informed but I was just given a shrug! Hotel smells musty.
