Guest：All-over , there service was great. and the team members were very helpful as well . Thnx guys cheers ??
Guest：Took me 25 days to get my deposit back and has to go back to them and complain them . I have to contact my bank and bank said that there is no refund . Nearly have me to go to police . Very bad service. Whenever phone to reception , always asked to wait . Imagine if you have go back to your home country . It looks like fraud thing . They don’t accept deposit in cash as well .
Guest：The location is strategic because near to Ilford station, which is one of the station of Elizabeth Line. It’s near to Ilford Exchange as well. But, I not recommend for long stay as the hotel lack of some amenities, like lift, and hair dryer.
Guest：The hotel is super close to the station and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby. But this is an old hotel and it didn’t smell good. You have all the basic things. I don’t know why they charge 100 pounds for deposit, but takes forever to return it.
