Guest：We booked the superior room which was lovely and very good value for money. The only thing that let it down was that the bath was filthy. We didn’t have breakfast or use any of the facilities but we did order room service. The food was very nice and arrived hot and well presented. The lady on reception on arrival and checkout wasn’t the friendliest which was quite disappointing. Overall a pleasurable stay but could have been perfect if not for the dirty bath and unfriendly receptionist.

Guest：The room was fine. Every morning at 4am staff would walk the corridor, talking loudly and letting every fire door bang, which there are a lot of on the corridors. No staff on Reception fir check out for me to share my complaint with, attempted visiting Reception 3 times before I left and still unable to speak to a member of staff.
