Guest：Lovely little guest house room was beautiful and very clean, loved the amount of mirrors they have in the room. Jane was lovely and so helpful, fabulous breakfast location was spot-on with only a few minutes walk to the seafront and shops. Definitely recommend.
Guest：I had the most beautiful sleep in the superbly comfortable ?royal‘ bed and will always remember the delicious breakfast cooked by charming hostess Jane. The location of the guesthouse is also ideal - close to the sea and the centre of town, and yet very quiet. I will definitely come again!
Guest：Lovely place 5 minute walk away from sea front. Lulu brought my son inside whilst I grabbed bags and other half parked the car. Parking behind property for 4 cars, but be careful not to get blocked in if you are first to park.Had the family room on the top floor, room was immaculate and nicely furnished. Extra heater, a fan and mini fridge in room. Variety of tea, coffee, sugars, sweetners. Bathroom spotless and toiletries for all of us. Comfortable beds, had to ask for feather pillows to be changed as I'm allergic to feathers and the staff did it immediately and were very apologetic (I've got the allergy and apologised for only noticing when it started to affect me). Plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked was delicious (couldn't eat much due to illness) and fresh orange juice and milk for each table. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Guest：Rooms very clean. Very good breakfast. A little back from the sea front on a hill, however good bus service to get back later on and a cab is only five pounds. There is no lift for disabled travellers. The staff are very friendly.
