The location was great. Walking distance to the port and dining options. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.
The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful.
I was upgraded to an ocean and town view room with a balcony to eat lunch and read. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. It was a 10 minute walk from town and the boats on the harbour. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. I cannot fault this hotel.

A family run hotel. The brothers are amazing, helpful and friendly. Although the check-in is at the Plaza Hotel (easy walk from the ferry port), our luggage was transported to our room in the Ulrika Hotel (which was only a few minutes walk away). The harbour front with numerous restaurants is only a few minutes easy walk. The bus station is literally round the corner. We highly recommend staying here.
Excellent hotel and outstanding service. We have stayed here several times over the years. Clean, safe and very good location to port, beach, shops and restaurants. Family run business, such nice people, so helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
