Guest：AFTER paying for a room for 2 in full. On trip.com they would not let me enter with my USA passport and my Dominican wife. They had the nerve to extort 50 dollars a night extra out of my stay so was over 200 dollars more for a 467.00 dollar 4 night stay, I tried to straighten it out with them they were adamant about the policy i had even called trip.com they aid they get back to them and it should be removed after waiting an hour with no response from front desk I paid it, people from Canada were staying there for 900 a week with air fare and nice room. They told me I was getting a great price I got a free draft beer while waiting, I never go there they are scammers and the room clearly stated was for 2 without any restrictions. I was not entering with a ********** etc was my wife they have a lot of nerve after I booked I hard they pulled the same move on clients. I even called to verify if it was okay to arrive with my Dominican wife and I with USA passport they said was no problem at all we liked the resort but for 200 dollars more would never go there again. The food was good the drinks were draft Presidente which was ice cold so not bad. The rum was good you had to ask for Anejo they give it to you no problem, The other liquor was he cheapest crap you could buy classico very LOW QUALITY for sure. Also the shows were horrible except one night was okay one nigh they could not even have a show for technical I would highly not recommend this place for there deceiving actions. They said there were going to clarify things look into problem THEY DID NOTHING except take the extra money. Would never go there threre again with an an apoligee from management Thebeach is okay. I live in Sosua we have gorgeous beach I am a Dominican resident they should be ashamed of treating us the way they did. The maid service was very good i tip heavily because i know resorts pay staff. Normally I not a fan of all-inclusive couple days is ok that's it we like going out in campo country Playa Grande way etc much better, Shame on the resort for extort me for my stay I am more than a visitor to this country coming here 43 years now and have gorgeous in Sosua
