Guest：Bei einem gemeinsamen Urlaub mit 3 erwachsenen S?hnen und deren Familien in diesem familienfreundlichen Hotel konnte man die wunderbare Umgebung wirklich erholsam genie?en. Der entgegenkommende junge Chef des Hauses mit seinem aufmerkamen und ?u?erst freundlichen Personal lie?en zusammen mit der ausgezeichneten Verpflegung den Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss werden. Clou der ganzen Anlage ist der Naturbadeteich, den wir alle bei stetig sonnigem Wetter richtig auskosten konnten. Das war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt im Hause und wird auch nicht der letzte sein.

Guest：Amenities are quite nice, but no AC, so it is impossible to sleep during summer nights (their solution is a fan which only works when its light is on, so not an appropriate alternative during the night). But the worst thing: the hotel has pisspoor management and incompetent staff! For example, we were woken up on a Saturday morning at 6.30 am because of a vacuum cleaner that was run on our floor - when we called someone, they just said ‘oops’ and didn’t even apologize for waking everybody up so early. And then there’s the highlight of my stay: On a weeknight, some guests had loud music & were making a lot of noise in the lobby until 4 am - when I finally went down and asked them to please be quiet, I saw that some of the staff (for sure under-age, and drinking) & the hotel manager were actually participating and laughing (!) in my face, completely drunk. To top it all: they then played a german partysong “wir feiern die ganze nacht” on purpose and sang along very loudly - so basically mocking me. Absolutely inexcusable and disrespectful. When I asked to speak the manager the next day, several times, he kept me waiting for over 30mins and never showed. Nothing was done, not even an apology! It was so rude. With this management, no wonder the hotel wasn’t even half-full during high season when I was there.. The manager should feel really small and not be allowed to keep a business with this attitude & behaviour. Shame on him. Would never return!
Guest：Incredibly clean, great condition and amazingly friendly staff. So quiet, great places to eat in the village.
