Guest：The rooms are clean, spacious and peaceful each with a sizeable balcony, air conditioning unit and lovely views. Common areas are really well kept generally but the building itself could do with a fresh coat of paint on the exterior as it looked a bit grubby. Lovely pool area right next to the bar and outdoor restaurant which both look really pretty at night. The staff here are so helpful right from our arrival; we didn’t expect to be able to check in straight away because we were a bit early but they made us feel so welcome and were really accommodating throughout. We can definitely recommend getting a taxi with Bartellemo (ask at reception to book) into Mazara del Vallo (for us, it cost €10 each way). He doesn’t speak a word of English but with a few phrases in our basic Italian and a little bit of help from reception, we were able to arrange time and location for pick up for an evening sampling Mazara’s beautiful scenery and enjoy a lovely meal.
Guest：Sono tornato in questa struttura dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorata...non me l'aspettavo....camera con l'intonaco delle pareti sgretolato, lampada piantana sporca, carta igienica senza sigillo, e nessuna possibilità di effettuare un massaggio di coppia....forse prima si poteva valutare come un albergo 4 stelle ma adesso non credo proprio, penso che non ci ritornerò più, c'è di meglio in giro allo stesso prezzo.....

Appena entrati vieni rapito dall'atmosfera così rilassante Tutto molto bello dalla camera alla SPA,il ristorante molto elegante Ottimo cibo Personale eccellente Il Visir si trova a pochi passi, usando l'auto, dal centro di Mazara che è da visitare a piedi...vedere la Cattedrale che è fantastica...le vie molto carine Il lungo mare bellissimo Si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle aere di sosta pagando solo 0,10 centesimi l'ora! è un posto che vale veramente la pena visitare Voto 10
Guest：Deludente esperienza in un resort che di 4 stelle ha solo il prezzo. La struttura è vecchia e trascurata: la camera era polverosa, il bagno malandato con la doccia rotta. I servizi principali come fontane e luci funzionano solo nel weekend, lasciando i giorni feriali spogli. La spa è stata pessima, con acqua sporca che mi ha causato irritazioni. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente negativo. Non lo consiglio.
