Guest：Great Hotel and friendly staff, group of 22 Senior discovery tours members arrived here October 8 and stayed 7 nights...we enjoyed great breakfast and dinners at the hotel's restaurants. Walking distance to the train station, Ferry docks and other attraction. There is a bar for those that enjoy a cigarette with their drinks attached to the restaurant
Guest：Stayed here for a week on a coach holiday and it was as good 2nd time around but at a different time of the year. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff in the dining room are efficient and very friendly. Food is amazing with a fantastic choice for dinner and a superb buffet breakfast. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds and the walk in shower was nice and big. Housekeeping keep the public spaces spotless as well as the bedrooms. Loved the new robotic helper in the dining room. Makes it much quicker for staff to serve and clear away. Good evening entertainment. Will go back again. Family run hotel that never disappoints.
Guest：Although I was a solo traveller I was actually part of a coach trip that used this hotel for 4 nights. I have travelled the world and can say that I have never stayed in a more friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the bread was out of this world good! If I have anything negative to say I would say that the evening meals could have been more varied. The menu did seem to go downhill as the days passed and there were too many offerings of fish and chips. However, this is a minor point as the hotel was really good and in a great location with buses passing the doors frequently into Feldkirch (although walking distance if you are a walker!) I saw some reviews bemoaning the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room but it is still quite rare to get them in Europe. I had done my research and took a travel kettle and drinks sachets. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
