  • Guest：We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. Initially we felt It was a little uncomfortable for us as its not a typical hotel. But once we settled down we just loved it. The hotel is location close to the city centre. Food was good too. What we liked the most is the service provided by the staff and the hotel decor. The people at the hotel are so good that you can ask them for any kind of help and they would help. The hotel is beautifully decorated with carpets all over, many antique pieces are displayed all over. There are sofa sets with cushions on all floors where one can relax. It feels like being in a house, not in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again in future.

The welcome letter in your room makes you feel special, however from this point on service is almost painful rarely with a smile and never exactly welcoming. The hotel itself is truly magnificent, a beautifully designed and decorated boutique hotel, it even has its own wine cellar and tasting options. Oh it could be so much more if only the staff were a little more interested. I assume sitting around scrolling through their phones when bored is not part of the job description. Equally I assume smiling is not against the rules. This is a top hotel in a beautiful city, such a shame the service was so apathetic, so much of an effort and so sub par.

Как будто вы приехали в гости в прекрасный дом, где вас давно ждали и вам очень рады:) Отличный завтрак (с шампанским! - лучшее начало дня!), очень удобная кровать, балкон с панорамным видом. Highly recommended!
