Guest：A surprising property with hidden amenities scattered throughout the grounds. Even in winter, both pools remained open for a refreshing swim.

Guest：The property was lovely. The room, as others have stated, had very thin walls, heard much of what was happening in the room next door. Including their early morning TV news viewing. We signed up for a "tour" to the desert through them. We asked for and were told we would get an English guide. Our "guide" spoke no English. The jeep reeked of gas and was in total disrepair. It broke down, fairly catastrophically, on the side of the road and after a long time listening to our "guide" shout to someone on the phone in Arabic, with no resolution in sight we got a ride from a passing actual guide and client who delivered us back to the hotel as the sun set. When I told the people at the front desk what had happened, and how the "tour" had been misrepresented, and we stranded 60 km out in the desert, they shrugged and blamed the company. End of story.
Guest：Stayed at the hotel for two nights with Gate 1/Discovery Tours. Room 107 Big room with king bed. Mini split A/C. One bottle of water and not replaced everyday. No Wi-Fi in room. Beds bad - no mattress pad. Hotel could use a facelift, especially the bathroom, Grouth in bathroom should be replaced. Room not sound proof. Can hear people in hallway. Hair dryer is attached to the wall. Nice pool. Dinner buffet was very good with lots of choices. Breakfast buffet was not. Limited choices and the coffee was awful, There is an egg station. Front staff major attitude.
