Guest：La chambre, les sanitaires étaient propres et bien agencés. Dé?u par la piscine, des vestiaires vieillissants, des rangements obsoletes. La salle à manger, il faut éviter d’être prêt des fenêtres par d’isolation et des joints aux portes absents. La cuisine est correct Le personnel souriant, pro et agreable
Guest：-La chambre est propre mais fade. Un grand lit drapé ( froissé) avec taies oreillers le tout immaculées de blanc. - dé?u du coin spa. On n a pas pu accéder à la piscine car top d éclaboussures du a trop d enfants. On a accéder au jaccuzi mais trop bruyant. Les deux hammams sont bien. + Accueil pas mde Alexine. Tb. Agréable, souriante ++par Mr Patrick, serveur le soir, au top ! Au petit soin, extrêment gentil!! Et on nous dis le lendemain matin que c était un extra qui venait de temps en temps !!! Alors la chapeau bas à se Mr qui donne une valeur au Mercure. L autre Mr était aussi agréable.
Guest：Conveniently located close to the A10 motorway this quiet and well looked after hotel has been often our go to for sleepovers. Kind and efficient reception and restaurant staff, good quality / value meals, quick service and newly renovated and quiet rooms. Only four stars as our bikes were stolen from our car rack.
Guest：Called a couple of days before to ask about the spa and gym and was told that everything is functioning. Sauna was NOT working and pool was quite dirty. Disappointed but then there's a beautiful lake right by the property
