Guest：We booked for a long Valentines weekend only to arrive and be told after check in on Friday that the restaurant was closed with no room service or bar until Monday. Breakfast was still available though and was great apart from hot food was not very hot and on cold plates. Reason given for closed facilities was lack of clients. We complained that we should have been told this on booking and were about to move to Mercure next door (fully open with very helpful receptionist who was astounded at what Sweet Atlantic had done) when Sweet Atlantic offered a discount to stay. We decided to do so as the suite was good, in excellent condition with kitchenette, mini bar and 2 balconies (although no table or chairs on them). Not very comfortable sofa though. Also there are great bars and restaurants close by, and housekeeping was very good. At the reduced rate the hotel was ok value although would definitely have preferred the facilities to be open and pay full rate.

Na ultima estada paguei o pequeno almo?o Buffet, no ato do Ckek Inn, cujo pre?o é de 14,00 por pessoa, e n?o usufrui do pequeno almo?o Buffet porque n?o estava disponivel. Posteriormente foi a entidade alertada para tal facto. A resposta foi o envio dum e-mail que nada diz em rela??o à reclama??o. é deprimente que uma unidade Hoteleira, dita de 4*, tenha este tipo de comportamento e n?o saiba reconhecer que está a cobrar um servi?o que n?o o presta, portanto, está a enganar o consumidor. Fica o alerta e tenham cuidado.

Guest：Sentimo-nos enganados. Apenas depois de fazemos o chek in é que nos informaram que a piscina tinha um custo à parte. Quando marcamos o hotel era condi??o ter e usufruir da piscina. Foi uma desilus?o completa. Sem o centro wellness o hotel n?o vale nada.
