Guest：飯店位置很好，步行就可抵達舊城區，美中不足的是房間內并沒有快煮壺，也沒有提供水，最簡單的茶包也沒有，雖然自來水可以生飲，但是還是希望能喝到熱茶在房間內欣賞舊城區教堂
Guest：We were very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Trogir Palace. The room felt extremely dated and in need of maintenance. Our bathroom had no glass shower door — instead there was a makeshift shower curtain on a broken tension pole that kept falling down, making showers frustrating. The bed was comfortable and the aircon - although a really old unit - worked and we were thankful for that. The hotel is directly under the flight path to Split. The staff were unfriendly from the moment we arrived. No smiles, no warmth, and we didn’t feel welcome at any point during our stay. Breakfast was the same every day — plentiful, yes, but lacking variety: mainly meats, cheeses, and some fried items. The coffee was very poor. The only positives were the easy parking and the hotel’s location, which is walkable to the old town with a few nice restaurants nearby. For a hotel advertising itself as four-star, the quality and service were far below expectations. It’s stuck in the past and there must be better options for the price.
