  • Guest：Generally a nice stay, it’s a charming clean hotel with a cosy spa and good food. Overal a very friendly and helpful staff beside the less gracious Mrs. Nadine (GM). From rolling her eyes to guests, hanging up phone when calling for informations with an attitude. Very reasonable she is not operating in the Royal hotel, would be a total no go. As a frequent traveller and restaurants co- owner I’m experienced to say customer service is a big part of guest satisfaction.
