Guest：We enjoyed our first stay there, and likely would return in the future. Staff very courteous. Room was good, and HVAC system was better than most, as wasn’t too noisy nor constantly blowing air directly onto us.. a very frequent pet peeve of ours when staying at hotels. Didn’t try the food, as ate with family who live in area, but nice it has Starbucks coffee on site. I’m usually out in the morning looking for this whenever we travel. Also super nice that we could access the HDMI port on the TV as we always bring our Fire Stick with us. ALWAYS. That’s becoming less common, having that access, and if not available, we never return to those venues.
Guest：Staff was fine. The room needs attention. An old pilled blanket on the bed needs to be replaced, the handheld shower wand spewed water from the hose connection, the refrigerator did not work, and there was not a hair dryer in the room. I'm the middle of a Netflix show or stopped working and wouldn't reload. Multiple error messages continued to appear. The Westin needs to do better. I brought these issues to the staff on departure in person and in writing and have heard nothing from the Westin. At the very least, I should get a free stay.
