  • Guest：One bedroom condo style unit. Liked the upscale kitchen appliances and the two fireplaces. Very clean. King bed was comfortable. Washroom had tub and stand alone shower with jets on three walls. Lots of room in the hot tube. Good location. Would stay there again.
  • Guest：We had several issues. I booked 2 rooms together but they ended up placing our two rooms in separate buildings. When we asked to put us in same building, one of our rooms was smaller, smelled like smoke and one bathtub broken. We were told no other choice if in same room. The room that was as we expected, (C213), several appliances were broken. The oven made a noice and under heated but wouldn’t cool down when shut off. The blender was broken and there was mouldy food in our cupboard. We had no choice so dealt with all of it, but were disappointed that the hotel staff would not find us two rooms together at a satisfactory level. I was given discount on the insufficient room so appreciated that.
  • Guest：Checking in was stressful as there is no on-site front desk everything is online, with a toddler crying and driving down from out of town with crappy weather my checking was stressful. The suite was really spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was our second time staying here, will definitely come back.
  • Guest：The fireplace was loud and making noise that we couldn’t use it. There was no hot water in the mornings. There is no blackout blinds in the bedroom. The pool area is in a separate building and had to go outside or into the parkade for access. Loved Canmore but won’t stay here again.
