Guest：Oh my gosh, I had an absolute blast at The Denman Hotel in Thredbo! My room, 211, was simply divine—warm, cosy, and bursting with alpine charm. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes, with everything I needed for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel’s vibe is both welcoming and stylish, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a charming mountain getaway, you’ve got to check this place out!
Guest：Recently visited the Denman Apre Bar and found the lack of customer service and general give a damn about their customers to be striking. Whilst I appreciate that during busy times, there may be a delay in service having to wait in excess of an hour for bar snacks, even after enquiring to be told ‘I don’t know ’ is truly is poor form. I recommend management take time to educate their staff the customers at valuable! Will not be returning!!
Guest：This rooms are very dated and old.Carpets very old and worn thin at some places,paint peeling off the walls and ceiling.Showers old and grubby.TV was broken and only replaced after numerous request.On a lighter note,the resturant and bar were good and staff very friendly.However the weekend we stayed,they were very busy and appeared to be short staffed.
