Guest：I stayed at this hotel for one night mainly because it was a short walk to the station and I was traveling by train. It’s an old hotel and has dated features, but that didn’t concern me. Everything worked well, but the bathtub was scary because it was slippery and the shower was part of it. I could see crashing, but it didn’t happen. I would have killed for a glass of wine after six hours on the train, but the hotel’s restaurant and bar are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So it goes, breakfast was adequate in an old fashioned setting, drapes at the windows. There were hard boiled eggs, Cornetti, all sorts of breads, cakes. I made a little sandwich of wonderful bread, cheese and salami,for my lunch on the next train. The room was quiet. A good stay.
Guest：We just needed to stop overnight while driving south and stay at hotel Cicolella . Rooms are small by American standards but adequate. Very clean, all staff kind and helpful . Pretty standard Italian breakfast.
Guest：Nice hotel conveniently situated near main attractions & the old town, staff very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is quite nice , my husband had steak & I had the steak strips both were beautiful & on saying we didn’t want any dessert the waitress brought out some sort of rich chocolate cake which was very tasty , she bought us about 10 pieces over I ate 3 & had to stop myself from having more. Foggia itself is not worth a visit ( in my opinion) early afternoon was like a ghost town but we get to see the beautiful church all by ourselves, we ventured out again early evening & although there seemed to be lots of people milling around there wasn’t anywhere to get a meal or anyone that did draught beer we even saw one “restaurant “ that would only allow locals!! ??
Guest：Nice room but a bit dated and clean enough but now without flaws. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had little variety.
