Guest：Wir kannten die ausgezeichneten "Schwane - Weine". Das Romantik-Hotel "Zur Schwane" kannten wir noch nicht. Mit der "Riesling Suite" habe ich meine Frau zu Ihrem Geburtstag (drei übernachtungen) überrascht und ich habe "ins Schwarze" getroffen. Gemütlichkeit pur, perfekt für ein Entspannungs-Wochenende zu zweit. Das Ambiente, die Ausstrahlung des Hauses und die Lage im Altstadt-Kern: Ein Traum. Die Buchung "online" verlief problemlos und schnell. Keine "KI" als Gespr?chspartnerin, sondern freundliche Damen die nette Mails schreiben. Die Begrü?ung, der kostenfreie Stellplatz für den PKW, die "Suite" und der Begrü?ungstrunk im Verkaufs-Foyer: Besser geht es nicht! Das Abendessen im Restaurant "1404" (Donnerstags-Menü) lie? keine Wünsche übrig. Die Bedienung sehr, sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich aufmerksam. Das Frühstück (man wird gebeten auf einem detaillierten Vordruck das zu bestellen, was man m?chte) im Restaurant"1404" war ein angenehmer Einstieg in den Tag. Die Hilfe bei der Suche nach einer Wanderung am Samstag sehr hilfreich. Die Damen an der Rezeption zugewandt und freundlich. Wir werden wiederkommen!
Guest：The hotel location is good for exploring the city. Pleased that there was a dedicated parking. The room was ok, except for the fact that the neighbours had a view into the room. We found the light system in the room quite complicated to operate. We disliked the fact that the lights on toilet and bathroom are operated with a motion sensor, that cannot be switched off. As such we had to switch off the main switch, which led to the fact that our (hearing)devices good not be charged over night. Unfortunately there were many small irritating flies in the restaurant.
Guest：Very nice, stylish rooms. Excellent dinner with lot of flexibility by the 1404 staff. Very friendly but not stiff atmosphere by staff members. Loved the wine cellar tour. Highly recommended. Parking can be tricky, but enough parking lots around.
Guest：The standard room was rather simpel and with limited comfort . Breakfast is qualitatively good, but served, so you have to ask for everything, which will then timely brought to you. People are mostly very friendly. Exception the breakfast crew, lacking a guest first mindset.
