  • Guest：Very difficult to get to the hotel if driving, however, staff was very helpful in getting us there
  • Guest：Let me start out by saying getting to the Hotel is not the easiest. The hotel will send you a message telling you to call when you get to the area and they will guide you in a GPS will not navigate inside the city. What the message should include is "Via Vittorio Veneto, 44, 70022 Altamura BA, Italy" this is the entrance. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking is very convenient. We were in room 102 for 5 nights. The bed mattress felt like we were rolling out of bed. There is a closet but limited drawer space for 2 people. The bathroom is large for Italy but again limited essential could use a few more towel bars and soap holders in the shower. I know I am an American used to everyday pleasantries. All in all we had a good time and would stay again if in the area.
